This evening the thought crossed my mind, what if all the pieces I have made over the past decade were all displayed in the same room 🥹😮🤩 that would just be so incredible. And then the following thought was how truly blessed I am, to be able to use this gift daily 🙏 to look back is a blessing.
Pictured is my beautiful bride Patty, whom we custom beaded this entire piece for her wedding day and individually stitched by hand each ostrich feather. Truly one dress I can never forget 😍🥰

In the beginning of my career, I used to dress almost all of my brides. As many as I could. But as the years passed, burning the midnight oil 6 days a week with hardly any rest, studying for my Masters and running a business, I decided to pull back on Saturdays to take time for myself 🤎 I refined my services to offer Designer Packages where I’d go up for the day to dress my brides and make sure they look perfect in every shot, and feel like someone was there specifically just for them 📸
This has really allowed me to find a balance between work and living life, lord knows I worked WAAAAY too much for many, many years. So when the time comes to dress my clients, it’s such a special time for me and I treasure it so much 🥹 thank you Chels for having me on your very special day 💝👰‍♀️

We created our own ‘lace’ to make this unique linear, a little ‘art deco’ inspired gown using mostly thread and a very small amount of beads, creating curves around the body ✂️🪡🧵 a labour of love this was!
